By accessing and using Market Mastery, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this platform.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using this platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
User Accounts
Account Registration
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Account Security
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason we deem necessary to protect our platform and users.
Payments & Subscriptions
Pricing
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. We will notify you of any price changes before they take effect. Current subscribers will maintain their pricing for the duration of their current billing cycle.
Billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Payment is processed through our secure payment provider, Polar.sh. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.
Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Coaching sessions are non-refundable once scheduled. Course access purchases are eligible for refunds within 14 days if less than 20% of content has been accessed.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid content until the end of the billing period.
Intellectual Property
Platform Content
All content on Market Mastery, including courses, videos, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Market Mastery or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our educational content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.
User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the platform (comments, forum posts, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content in connection with operating the platform.

Platform Availability
We strive to maintain platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any damages resulting from platform downtime, technical issues, or service interruptions.
Prohibited Activities
Account Sharing
You may not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account. Each subscription is for individual use only.
Content Piracy
You may not download, record, redistribute, or share our proprietary content without authorization. Violation may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
Harmful Conduct
You may not engage in harassment, hate speech, spam, or any activity that disrupts the platform or harms other users. You may not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise platform security.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.
